产品原理介绍
气液增压系列产品是以空气压缩气体作为动力源,利用帕斯卡能源守衡定律作转换,实现压力提高到几十倍的高压出力产品。本系列产品是在压缩气体压力不变的情况下,改变受力面积,从而实现压强变大,再次从压强不变的情况下,改变受力面积,实现压力提高到几十倍的一种节能产品。
Gas-liquid booster series products is the air compressed gas as power source, using the Pascal energy conservation law for the conversion, high pressure increased to several times the output products. This series of products is in the compressed gas pressure under the condition of invariable, changing the force area, so as to realize the pressure becomes larger, unchanged from the pressure again situation, change the force area, realize the pressure increased to an energy-saving products several times.
以下是标准式增压缸动作示意图:
The following diagram action standard booster cylinder:
A、C气口通气,B、D气口排气,此时缸处于原点状态;
A,C port,B,D port and exhaust ventilation,when the cylinder is in state of origin;
B、C气口通气,A、D气口排气,此时缸处于预压出力状态;
B,C A,D air ventilation,air exhaust,the cylinder in the preloading force state;
B、D气口通气,A、C气口排气,此时缸处于高压出力(增压出力)状态;
B,D A,C air ventilation,air exhaust,the cylinder in a high pressure output (boost output) state;
A、C气口进气,B、D气口排气,此时缸处于回位状态。

动作程序:Action program:
1、DT1、DT2电磁阀断电,A、C气口通气B、D气口排气,增压缸回到原点如下图1;
DT1, DT2 solenoid valve power, A, C B, D air ventilation air exhaust, a pressurizing cylinder back in figure 1;
2、DT1通电,DT2断电,C气口通气A、D气口排气、压缩空气将油压到油缸内推动活塞杆前移,实现预压出力状态如下图2;

3、DT1、DT2通电,B、D气口通气A、C气口排气,压缩空气推动活塞前移,油缸内产生高压推动活塞杆前移,生产高压出力(增压出力)如下图3;

4、DT1、DT2断电,根据工件保压需求DT1、DT2断电,A、C气口进气,B、D气口排气增压缸回到原点,此时一个动作循环完成如下图4;
